She was in town for the opening of Heroic Rendezvous’ latest outlet at Suntec City over the Easter weekend.

After the ribbon cutting ceremony, she was ushered to a quiet corner with me to do an exclusive radio interview. The minute she approached, I stretched my right hand and introduced myself. She smiled and said, 好久不見。

I was embarrassed for one second, as I cracked my head to recall our last encounter. Oh yes! That movie promo trip! Twins came on my morning show with Fang Zuming! That was in 2004. And she actually remembered. I’m very impressed.

I didn’t ask her any potentially sensitive questions. We talked about her involvement with the brand, and she mentioned that she will have two movies premiering this year. It was a pleasure talking to her, and I hope she felt the same way.
