It’s 1pm, 30.12.2010. Unexpectedly, I have 40 minutes to waste. An interview with Shanghai Radio was delayed. Hence a quick upload of the pictures from yesterday.

I went to bed really early the night before. Apart from the frantic packing I had to do early in the morning, I realised there were a couple of things I hadn’t completed. That ended the debate of whether a MacBook was necessary on a holiday- I had to bring it along.

A Bug’s Life was hilarious. Still hilarious, even after watching it so many times.

In order to do two cities at one go, we had to put up with a four hour transit in Hong Kong International Airport. Small matter. There were so many shops!

Two of my favourite brands side by side.

The only winter jacket I had was disposed in an obscure toilet in Auckland International Airport six months ago after the leather got flaky from a lack of proper care and maintenance. With the Met services in both places issuing warnings of dipping temperatures, I had to get something before I ventured outside. I really like this item from Zara, but it’s a shame they didn’t have one in my size. Argh.

在說我嗎?哈哈哈哈哈!

We skipped the chicken sandwich they served on the hour plus flight. “Don’t waste calories!” We were dashing to a night market right after check-in!

The queue at 士林夜市 is horrendous. Try 師大夜市 if you have to eat this famous chicken chop.

The same shop I patronised two years ago. Still as good. YUMMMM!
