For an entire week, I was wondering why no one mentioned anything about cancelling their DBS credit cards. Ok, maybe they didn’t have any cards from DBS to begin with.
When asked why he’s terminating his card(s), Mr Wang will say that it’s because of their Head of Marketing, Josie Lau.

while we’re at it, why don’t we boycott Mitsubishi for producing Zero fighter planes that bombed Singapore? boycott Indonesia for trying to invade us during the konfrontasi? boycott Malaysia for kicking us out of the federation? boycott the UK for over a century of colonialism…
pls give a thought on the families where the breadwinner works at Visa, Mastercard & Amex, and yes, even DBS.
Canceling DBS cards because of this just means
- retrench more DBS staff to cut costs
- no more women in senior management since they can’t seem to take care of themselves
What’s the whole issue about? So blur…………..
I just contacted DBS to cancel my credit card with them citing Josie Lau as my sole reason. No way am I going to support a banking institute that is indirectly related to any fundamental christian organization that uses underhanded methods to ursurp a secular organization, and attempting to spread ignorance. Support from France to old AWARE!
