I’ve done countless voiceovers for television and radio commercials. There are the irritating people who make ridiculous demands and/or dictate a change in direction every other minute. Then there are the nice people who make things easy for everyone by stating their requirements clearly. Swift and effective job(s) done.
The guys at ESET were more than just nice. Because their counterparts in the Greater China region had used male radio DJs to voice their TVCs, they wanted to do something similar for the local version. “We are pleased to have you, really…”, they said. Well, it does feel good to be appreciated. “… though we don’t have a product for you… not yet anyway. Cos we (read your blog and) know that you use a Mac.”
Right. Because they’ve read this blog, and know that there are erm, more than a handful of readers a day, they are giving away free software this week.

Sets of ESET® Smart Security (worth $79 each) and ESET NOD32® Antivirus 3.0 (worth $64 each) are up for grabs. To win, identify two key features (of the product you like) and email your particulars to thebonuspage[at]cruzteng.com before 2 Mar 2009.
