2 *coughs* Days *coughs* to Friday!
I thought I was swift enough when I got medicine on Monday… Apparently not so. Apart from bothering listeners with a hoarse voice on Tuesday morning, my Sales guys had to apologise profusely to Great Eastern cos I was unable to host their 100th anniversary celebrations last evening. That’s after they put my face on their print ads in the major local dailies. Sorry!
Got another pack of meds and a MC today. The blocked nose on Monday evolved into a runny nose and the cough hasn’t subsided.
If there’s any consolation, my condition isn’t as bad as Gary Cao. He sounds like Zeng Zhiwei! Absolutely hilarious. Video here.
Mum’s comfort food came in the form of MEE SUA! Complete with two red eggs, liver and kidney. And an ang pow too!
