我们不算认识。我知道你是“公主”；你可能也知道我是933 DJ吧。
先恭喜你成为《小娘惹》第一女主角。听说整个制作规模之浩大是近年来其他连续剧望尘莫及的。他们都说，这很可能会是你的演艺事业中一个很重要的分水岭。我不常看电视，也说不出你是不是担任女主角的最佳人选。没关系，反正角色到手了，你就一定要加油。当年我刚加入电台，前辈就跟我说，不管是做最多人收听的早班，或比较少人的时段；不管听众有一个、一千、或一百万，都要尽自己的本分做好节目。相信你也是秉持同样的心态经营自己的事业吧？
我猜你现在正感受前所未有的压力。加上近日有关红星大奖的连串报道。。。哇塞！你还能专心看剧本吗？
有人猜：红星大奖延后举行的唯一目的，是为了让你能以此剧角逐女主角及十大奖项。大家绘声绘影，认定你是公司力捧的唯一花旦，一票大小牌都会因为你而丧失光芒。众阿姐及其他公主的支持者开始大喊不公平。
我。。。？保留嗤之以鼻的态度。
哦。。。不是对你，是针对传闻。
如果你真的有这么大的能耐，使本地唯一的电视台“配合”你一个人而改变十多年来的‘传统’，好不容易拿超级红星上神台的那群阿哥阿姐不吐血才怪。
大家忘了你的经纪约是签给Hype的。严格来说，我们不是同事－我领的是新传媒的薪水，而你不是本集团的员工。公司牺牲自家人的利益以配合一个“外人”的阴谋伦也太扯了。
捏造流言的人真的太没有良心了。

So great to hear the news about this. But being postponing the Star Awards is a weird thing. Will it be 2 star awards in 2009? Or every year, and on that month will have Star Awards?
Its very weird though. But congrats to her!

heyy! thanks for supporting Jeanette! really! perhaps, this was the best thing someone should do to help Jeanette and not giving her more pressure.
And also to Jeanette, I’ve to tell you. We will support you all the way. You don’t have to fear. Just do your best for the show, and you will reap what you sow. People will eventually see the effort.
and please don’t get yourself too pressurized. Do your best Jeanette. & there won’t be any regrets.

i believe in jeanette, but the whole big hoo ha media created has really done too much, i wonder when they will stop all these. perhaps none at the end of day. well

all the while, i’ve been very neutral regarding this issue.. but who cant tell that the media, or rather, reporter, was simply dirtying the whole local entertainment industry.. what they reported are not the truth, and they misled the readers.. i know Jeanette was signed to Hype, so that simply lowers the possiblity of mediacorp postponing a big event just for a celebrity.. but think about it.. why would a big company like mediacorp do such a thing? it just dont make sense.. i can see the Jeanette is really under great pressure over this, and things are getting out of hand.. but i’m sure, people can think and judge for themselves.. honestly, Jeanette is one of the most hardworking local celebrities i’ve seen.. and i really do see an improvement in her performances.. just wanted to say.. all the best Jeanette! i believe you can do it.. you have what it’s gotta take.. =p

All these news is just to make story out of little things. Thats what reporters always do. I like many ppl out there believe that Jeanette is up for the role. For ppl who do not believe, wait till we watch it then maybe you will. Jia you, Xuan!

ppl got the eyes to see n brain to think…
so i believe that all the big hoo ha will be faded off slowly…
but the most important thing is tat we must acknowledge one’s efforts they put in in everything they do…
n we know that jeanette has put in a lot of efforts to perform well in her drama n we also see the improvement she had made…
so pls stop all the harmful words but keeps on encouraging her instead…

Really hope Jeanette can focus on this drama and not feel pressure..Think it is so unfair for her cos no matter what, she should deserve this role. Felicia Chin also got a few dramas last year but why she was not being critised. May Jeanette get the best actress next year.
