At MediaCorp Radio Gate
I assume the guy who took this video is an employee of MediaCorp.
And no, I’m not going to admit that I’m terribly ashamed of having a colleague who apparently behaved like an uncivilised hooligan who might have misunderstood the definition of a whistleblower. The least I want is to get terrorised in my own office by a clown who mentions the Senior Minister’s name and (wrongly) quotes the Penal Code in the same breath.
Thank goodness my mobile phone comes with a 5 megapixel camera with DVD like video recording capabilities.
EDIT: Oh, the male lead doesn’t work in MediaCorp.

after seeing the clip, i do agreed that yes..taxi driver might be in wrong for parking in the wrong direction but the way the fellow who filmed the clip sounded too hooligan…that guy behave in such a way that is way off terrible than the taxi driver!!! To win a argument, its not necesary to split out all the “i know all the penal code or wat the *Y#&T#R@#$”, by doing so….we all can see…the guy who filmed the clip belongs to the lowest class of people in term of mentally and social behaviour….who cares about how high class his car is or how powerful his “dictionary” of penal code is…if only people like him and his wife knows wat is “nv undo to ppl wat u dun want ppl to undo to u”….world wld be a better and harmonious place to live in….:)

Aiyoo… no doubt the taxi driver is in the wrong (he parked at the wrong direction) but so what? so long as he didnt get into other’s way. Should leave it to the security guard to handle him, by asking him nicely to drive away lah. Who didnt park or drive in the wrong direction before (intentionally or unintentionally), especially in the private carpark? He is just making a living when life is so tough, åšäººä¸è¦é‚£ä¹ˆè®¡è¾ƒï¼Œæ—¥å就会好过一点啦。Is it the man’s right to tell and film the whole incident and let the whole world know how petty Singaporean is? From what I understand….. the taxi driver told the camera person to fuck off when he tried to tell him to move his vehicle because he’s parked facing the opposite direction of traffic flow. I think the camera person was angered because the taxi uncle told him to fuck off. I believe it’s the taxi driver’s attitude problem that caused this whole bullshit to blow out of proportion.
Can you imagine if the taxi driver simply moved away and parked properly? There wouldn’t be a problem anymore.
I mean, wouldn’t you be pissed off if someone who just cut your queue tells you to fuck off when you askl him to move to the back of the queue?

I find it so unfair that the taxi driver has been warned/told off as reported in newspaper today. Shouldn’t Comfort find out how this happen and give the taxi driver a chance to explain? Of course the taxi driver was at fault for stopping in the wrong direction but sometime the road condition in Singapore with no proper place for people to stop for a short while will force driver to do otherwise.
But why is it a criminal case? This guy who took the video is try to act smart? He sounds to me like a hooligan!

After reading all the comments here, i also buay tahan alady so i also must say something here. Agreed that the taxi driver was in the wrong for parking at the opposite direction. I felt that “idiot” (ops! sorry), must be civilised a bit, i mean that man was simply KPO. So free to bother others’ matters. Hey, can someone who has the chance to meet him tell him “hey! there are still lots of thieves not arrested yet, pls go and catch since you are a “civil-minded” person” -|-”

Just happen to know about this clip from a friend and watched it. wa, such a big hoha for this issue. Maybe the person who film this is from the mountain who never drive to private housing estate before? Isnt it common that the cars simply park wrong direction in a private housing estate . Its sort of like an unwritten rule, that this is acceptable as long as you dont block the way.
hmm… hope this guy dont stay in private houses or he will confirm plus chop be the most “civil” minded person in his area.
