Ok, Mas Selamat is still not back at Whitley. The police however, had an unexpected haul.
While the hunt for alleged Jemaah Islamiyah leader Mas Selamat Kastari continues, 40 illegal immigrants have been caught during the search efforts.
Moral of the story: Do not sneak into or extend your stay in a country which has just lost a fugitive.
I can so imagine the looks on their faces, “Why? Why? Why you catch me? I is not terrorist! You should go look for Ah Mas!”

He came back the other day after the dragnet, he also said they caught a lot of illegal immigrants instead of Mas Selamat.
