Bai Kah but still Swee Swee. Possibly.

I had imagined myself piling up on collagen pills, collagen drinks (Fancl & Meiji!), collagen masks and collagen whatever after 18.09.2009- the terrifying watershed when I can no longer call myself a twenty something. Well, I can live with a double or triple chin and/or a fifty-inch waist, but I don’t want to be cao lao! Muahahaha.

At the advice of Biingu, I got myself my first bottle of collagen today.

Nothing to do with the cao lao part lah.

Four months after the fateful fall, I’m still limping around. :( According to the X-rays done a few weeks ago, the bones have completely healed. The ligaments, however, are still causing a considerable amount of pain. According to Biingu, collagen helps in the recovery process. The label on the bottle had a different emphasis though. It claimed that, “…a 600mg capsule 30mins before breakfast and another two hours after dinner will enable improvement in complexion as skin becomes radiant and supple.

We’ll see…

    hey cruz, i’m a avid listener of you!! i know there’s a product which really works cus it help to build up the so called ‘growing cells’ in you and aids to promote growth and health. =)

    i think it’s call colonstrum… heard it’s suitable from baby to even old nannies! my friend is eating it and he has even gain muscles from it cus it helped him to ‘work’ the muscles tissues faster… eh.. of cus this must be in tune with regular gyming and excerise la.. haha…

    Btw, u can try eating ikan bilis, sardines (with the softbones). It provides u calcium which might help your bone to strength.
