For the longest time, I wasn’t able to answer people when they asked if I was getting any better. I finally have a reply now.
Thank you for your concern and well wishes. Please put your hands together as I enter the next phase… From Bai Kah to Semi Bai Kah!
1. Able to stand firmly on both feet.
2. Able to stand one legged on the the injured left foot… for two seconds?
3. Able to move extremely short distances using (only) both feet.
4. Able to move further distances using only one crutch.
I think I will be able to fly in no time…

Maybe is the K.F.C. that make you better so
dun feel guilty since u had already slim down
quite alot ????? fats should b alrite la..ha ha!

It wk on me. I used to be 84kg for a 1.63 heigh lady. Imgine hw fat izzit man. Then my family doctor teach me this method. Really wk well on me.
3 Meal one day: (Go Gym if u haf time (adv to go 2 time per wk) )
Morning = Most important meal. Eat well anything on ur chose. Rem must be full.
afternoon= Try nt to eat. drink lots of water.
Evening = Soup, Veg, Fish and a little meat with rice. (eat b4 7pm)
Oh Ya, Forget to tell u I like the English Song u play every morning. Nice loh… Keep it up… Really gd to heard tat u are fine nw.. Take care and all the best…..c”.)

i had knee op 2 years ago. recovery is very very long one. still muz go physio for quite some time. anyway, try to use only one crutch to strengthen ur leg muscle.
