Her 20th Anniversary
ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE KPT20 COMMITTEE
In the last twenty years, she had people memorising “The Law of Demand is an inverse relationship between price and quantity demanded.” She had a virtual monopoly over our water-cooler chitchats cos we didn’t gossip talk about any other lecturer apart from her. While the opportunity cost of a 8am lecture is rather high (read: sleep!), we were never late for her lessons cos we worshipped her our demand was totally inelastic.
*Ok, those econs terms are rather clumsily inserted in the para. She didn’t give me a distinction in Micro Economics anyway… Hahahaa.
The (IN)famous Miss Koh Poh Tee celebrates her 20th anniversary in Ngee Ann Polytechnic this year.
Someone has formed a committee and they’ve decided that cruzteng.com shall be the official publicity site for this.
All former students- the uncles and aunties who graduated 20 years ago (*gasps!) and the xiao di dis and xiao mei meis who walked through that door after me, as well as current students of hers are invited for this mega gathering.
As much as I would like to suggest the event to be held at Equinox or Humble House, the organisers have decided on a much more affordable place- a F&B outlet owned by a former student.
