Further proof why I hate Wednesdays.

Not sure if it’s like a self fulfilling prophecy…

I woke up on Wednesday with a bloodshot eye. Because there was no discomfort and my vision was crystal clear, I wasn’t bothered and went to work anyway. It was over the next three hours that an itch developed while the redness subsided.

Because the patch of redness expanded to a never before seen level on Thursday morning, I was not on air. The doc attributed that to post lasik dryness. Thanks for the SMSes that flooded in (I’m not exaggerating!) this morning. Although I don’t look or feel ok, I’m actually very much all right.

Incident number two- my O2 Mini crashed. I was happily making calls and sending SMSes, and suddenly the thing went dead five minutes later. It can’t even be charged!

Crappy because the alternate phone has lousy SMSing capabilities. No joke when you have to assure 295318 people that you’re ok and won’t go blind anytime soon.

Doubly crappy when the phone you want is out of stock.

Fortunately, there was the gala premiere of The Phantom of the Opera to look forward to on Wednesday.

I really really enjoyed that. Will gush about the musical another day and post a picture of the mask I bought. I’m busy manually jotting down the To-Do list for tomorrow, now that I don’t have a PDA. Bleah.
