Minutes later, I joyously noted that she had booked the studio. That meant I would have to get out of the way. Heading home for a nap sounded like an excellent idea.

It seems that I can never ever get cracking until the eleventh hour. Every fortnight before every revamp, I would be at my friendliest and happily give up my studio bookings to anyone who asks. Every weekend before every revamp, I would enter the office with a totally stressed out look and hope that the computers don’t crash and that I would be able to find all the music and sound effects I require.
Of course, I would usually take a peek at what the others have done.
“Wah seh, this person so siao on ah? All done ah?!”
“Haha! This person like me, so much undone!”
Oh man, I spent both Friday and Saturday nights in the production suite.
Thankfully, I still love what I’m doing.
And erm, stuff for the Monday show is ready. Productions for the rest of the week will have to wait.
