3rd BD gift
It wasn’t meant to be a birthday gift lah, but I had just classified it to be one.
Cos I don’t like to receive presents without an elaborate reason. And since people have started to give me one thing after another since June, this will be listed as the third birthday present this year. Haha.
I was pleasantly surprised to see that it came with a nifty function to synchronise with Outlook Express. The initial set up was a breeze. No more tired fingers and squinting to key in 358,469 telephone numbers. And its ability to suck power via a USB cable was cool. With so many gadgets around, it’s hard to find an available socket, really.
Messaging is something I would have to get used to though, particularly when “mahjong“, “kooning“ and “a**hole“ weren’t stored in the dictionary.
Oh, I swiftly got a 3G SIM card, because I was a suaku peh and wanted to do video calling. Then I realised I had no one to call. The people who had 3G phones didn’t have 3G SIM cards! Duh.
