Not again!
A couple of friends called and sniggered… “Eh you almost striked 4D again! Your number plate “came out”, but the numbers scrambled.”
Well… I’ve stopped betting on 4D for a while actually. Mainly because Don had been rather busy lately and thus neglected to call me to take orders.
3103 was the first combination I placed my bet on for a long time. Not easily discouraged, I placed my bet again on Monday- for the 1.5million Toto Jackpot, of which I self picked six numbers and three were winning ones.. That is a vast improvement, cos previously all six numbers I picked were not on the winning list. Haha.
Never mind that. Along the way, I decided to throw $10 on 4D as well.
My car plate numbers aren’t repetitive, and I’ve not tried all 24 permutations cos that’s too costly. And so I placed my bet on ABCD (the actual number) and ABDC, just for fun.
To my horror, ABDC was one of the combinations in the Starters category!
Why I said I was horrified was because, I placed a $5 SMALL bet!

For the uninitiated, you only win the Top 3 prizes when you place a “small” bet.

In the span of just five days, a grand total of $101,250 flew past me.
