Have my stars realigned to spell TRAVEL?!

This morning, Sony BMG Singapore extended an invitation to the station to cover an all-star concert in Taipei. The boss wanted me to go. And hey, it’s really cool. Free air travel, free accommodation, a fantastic concert to watch, a couple of interviews to do, and probably some shopping and dining at my own leisure.

And. I offered to let someone else go instead.

Erm. Not that I’ve stopped my quest in collecting more stamps on my passport… But because I’m scheduled for a working trip in Guangzhou in May, I thought I should pass this incentive to someone else.

Ah.. What should I extort from Peifen?

Dick is suggesting we drive up to KL over the Easter long weekend. Although I’m going on a family road trip the following week, I agreed immediately!

Since the last trip, I’ve been dying to *cough* get on the North South Highway again.

In fact, I just asked Leo the other day if he would like to accompany me to speed drive to KL and return the same day. I guess his two word reply, “Siao ah?” meant he wasn’t very interested.

All right, back to Dick. I suspect there’s something not quite right with him.

Dick! The dickhead, who stepped into a casino the minute he turned 21, was actually begging me not to plan for Genting!

Dick! The ever so thrifty dickhead, didn’t object when I jokingly said I wanted a five star hotel.

In fact, Dick came up with a whole list of hotels within twenty minutes!

Ah!

Friends and family of Dick, my car can take four people. Please feel free to sign up for this road trip so that I don’t have to play babysitter/ full time counsellor to this dickhead who’s too stressed up over work.
