Eve of Taiwan Trip
I almost wanted to cancel my trip but I thought I better donch sabo Andrew into going alone. (Though I’m confident he can survive… He has duno how many friends there!)
Right, I’m not sick-until-jiak-lat-jiak-lat kind of unwell. It’s just that you don’t wanna do anything else but sleep the day away when you have a cough, a tap for a nose and that sickening ache-in-the-bones kind of sensation.
The worst thing that can happen before a trip is falling sick, perhaps second to not being able to find your passport. And the worst-est thing is a job undone. Argh!
I’ve planned to finish up some stuff on Thursday morning… Which I couldn’t, obviously… And because I’ve got to leave straight after my shift on Friday morning, I die die had to complete everything on Thursday evening.
People in the office at that hour would have seen my jit-deh-bin. Not many, fortunately =P
And the computer had to hang repeatedly. Wah laoz!
Supper plans were scraped cos I didn’t wanna make Don wait for me.

As I was driving out of Caldecott Broadcast Centre close to midnight, a familiar figure appeared in front of me.
Dasmond Koh!
We ended up having this famous bak chor mee at Toa Payoh. Not that I was yao gwee… I needed some food before I could take the medicine mah.
While I’m used to packing some Panadol and perhaps lao sai yeo when I travel, this is the first time I’m taking a variety of multi coloured pills with me.
