JJMC
JJMC are the initials of four people. (Obviously, I’m the C lah.)
Since secondary school, JJMC has (I’m using JJMC as a noun here, hence “has“; and not “have“) been hanging out very frequently.
From talking non stop in class, to playing mahjong after class. From travelling all the way to NUH when one is down, to getting cab drivers to bring us home from NorthEast to the North. From local excursions (where did we NOT go?) to nua-ing in Bintan. From one dollar canteen meals to lavish dinners where we took turns to pick up the bill… I think we pretty grew up together, had a great time together, and went through a lot together.
The “a lot” cannot be overstated.
Due to a series of unfortunate events, we’ve pretty much stopped using the JJMC term for a while.
Last evening, JJMC had the first reunion in years at Sentosa.
Sushi by the beach. Wheet!
