Wah lao, I thought I stepped into some haunted place this morning.

The lights along the passageway weren’t working, and the bulbs shining on the 933 logo weren’t doing their job too. And because it was raining this morning, the whole studio was so damn DARK.

Dark!…. Perfect setting for Lord Voldemort’s return.

*ok, out of point here…

This morning, my tongue was a little hard. Probably too much Hokkien in camp. Had some trouble producing full sentences in Mandarin. Hahaha.

Anyway, it was a good Monday although Nix and Chris, my promo colleagues were so upset I went to United Square without them. Not that they minded that I was having lunch with someone else, they were pissed I had my serving of Ben & Jerry’s while they had to head down somewhere else for work…

Lovely.

And I met another ice cream guru. I didn’t know Junyang was so into ice cream. I explained to him at the taxi stand why I just had to go over to United Square, and he fed me with stories of the wonderful ice cream he had at the Gelare outlet in Australia. Yes, we both condemned another ice cream seller- if you list everyone according to alphabetical order, that one comes up first. This just shows that we have taste. Yeap.
