The month of Nov…
We’re only into the first ten days of the month and I’m already counting down to month-end. Yes, I’m dying to pack those No 4s into the closet already. Besides pay day, which is on the 25th, I have so many things to look forward to this month.

(I know that there’re only 30 days in Nov… never mind the details…this is a nice pic)
Two weddings (and no funerals, I hope. Choy.)
Kit Ching walks on the red carpet this Saturday. If you’ve been reading this blog closely enough, you’d know Kit Ching is one of the most important persons in my hunt for that Diploma. Without her, I might have spent six years in Ngee Ann, instead of the usual three.
Miss Koh, our Year 1 econs lecturer SMSed me earlier:
Kit Ching’s wedding this Saturday. When’s yours?Cruz:
Not in the next decade or so, I guess.Miss Koh:
Just had lunch with a few students. They like your voice. Why didn’t you talk more often in my class then so I could also appreciate your voice?Cruz:
I talked in your class! But amongst ourselves. Hahaha.
If you have no idea who Kit Ching and Miss Koh are, click here. You still won’t know how they look like though. Wait for more pictures k.
By the way, the whole world knows that Glenn and Jamie are having their wedding the following week at Shangri La right? Mr and Mrs Ong have given me their invite, but ARGH, I can’t attend the glitzy affair of Radio’s Royal Couple : (

I’ve been booked to host the Music Craze Concert the same night. And so, those of you without invites, forget about gatecrashing and get a ticket instead. I’ll see ya at the Indoor Stadium!
And to the organisers: please, please, please, don’t delay the opening, don’t over-run so that I can still pop by Shangri La for the desserts k? Thanks.
And in case you think I sound most unwilling over the hosting, watcha talking about? There’s Jolin, Joi Chua, Jolin, Li Sheng Jie, Jolin, Zhang Dong Liang, Jolin, Ocean Ou and Jolin. Need I explain further?

On the same day, this I-die-die-oso-must-go exhibition begins at the Singapore Science Centre. Woah. Haven’t been there since… Primary Three?

They’ve elegantly mentioned in the press releases that the focus is on Episode Three: Revenge of the Sith, but I suspect it’s much easier for them to showcase the bits from the current episode, rather than hunt for the twenty year old antiques in their warehouses.
If the massive chunks of text I read didn’t cloud my mind, Singapore is the third country to host this exhibition.
According to them,
“…This is indeed, a rare chance to enter the world of Star Wars and promises to be the most memorable event not to be missed…”
It had better be! Cos I’l be travelling half way across the island (not that Singapore is very BIG) and paying $18.
Finally, for the last thing I’m expecting, I think I won’t have to pay for that. Hahaha.

Globet Goblet of Fire is my favourite so far. It’s less juvenile than the Sorcerer’s (or Philosopher’s- depending on which part of the world you’re in) Stone, less wishy washy than The Order of the Phoenix and less drama-rama than The Half Blood Prince.
I hope they do a good job in bringing that book “to life” in this movie.
Meanwhile, MediaCorp Radio and Warner Bros are giving ya a chance to to dine in that Great Hall! The Great Hall where food appears and amazes. The Great Hall where the Sorting Hat does its thing at the start of each year. Pity I can’t take part in the draw. So if you’re neither my dad, my mum, my bro or my sis, logon to MediaCorp Radio website for more details…
