Sentosa!
Approaching October, I’m glad to review that my Sep weekends were spent rather happening-ly
1st weekend- attended the Global Chinese Music Awards in KL…
2nd weekend- nua-ing away in Ubin…
3rd weekend- cutting cakes and having lantern parades in East Coast.
4th weekend….
Was lazing at home and transferring my MSN emoticons to Don when Connie suggested dinner with Faith. Almost flipped when she suggested Sentosa… But it wasn’t a bad idea at all!
But she could have reminded me to dress down. Erm… I’m used to dressing down on weekdays — virtually everyone, except my CEO has seen me in shorts and slippers, I thought I should just dig out that dressy long sleeved shirt just for the kick of it.
BAD move. And plain stupid.
Where got people wear long sleeve shirts to Sentosa one?
Suaku Cruz didn’t know Sakae Sushi had a branch there. Though Sakae wasn’t my favourite Jap eating place, the view of the sea more than made up for it.
Watching the sunset while having dinner. How cool is that!
After ice cream that melted rather quickly, we were off to the very happening km8.
Sidetrack a bit, Phin Wong (Assistant Editor, 8 Days) wrote:

A long time ago, I wondered why there was an age limit.
Now I understand.
Dancing in synchronised moves is not cool.
Chanting vulgarities to the tune of Mony Mony is also not cool.
… A group of non-locals were frolicking in what Faith described to be a POOL of LUST…
… A group of youngsters preparing to audition for Quidam, was playing with fire… so good they kept us captivated with their fire twirling acts…
… A lady who doesn’t seem pregnant was straddling around in her bikini, and made me understand what COURAGE really is.
