R&R Weekend
Finally have the chance to blog after 2 fun filled days.. Amazingly, I got up earlier on non working days than on working days… 
Fri was an action packed day. Scrambled to the costume shop to source for an outfit. My hopes were dashed when they told me the God of Fortune costume was not available. Settled for a Jap Samurai costume instead.
By the time the dinner started, I was in a half snoozing mode.. The mad rush from costume shop, to rehearsals, to dressing up.. Wheew..
Perked up when the wine was served… I was busy toasting everyone. Nearly flipped when someone said “Bottoms Down“.. Where did that person come from?! (Rebecca Yap , are you reading this? =P)
A colleague came over to my table and said, “Cheers to Motherhood!” Not to be left out, I stood up and initiated a “Cheers to Singlehood“. Subsequently, I shouted “Cheers to Virginhood“.. Everyone sat down.. Hmmm..
Many thanks to the two Js who drove a super high guy for supper, and made sure he reached home safely..

Sat was a great opp to recover from the intoxicated state. Only activity of the day was to attend Fish Leong’s Concert.
While her costume and hair had much room for improvement, the No 1 Ah Jie of Rock Records effortlessly showcased her powerhouse vocals. 对不起我爱你、勇气、听不到、为我好！ Wow!
Wakin’s wit and humour were on the boundary of being funny and OTT though.

Surprisingly, this Sun turned out to be a non-sleeping-in day..
Arrived at the newly decorated houses of two of my sec school mates. While I was quite happy with the current status, one of the girls was getting freaked out that 2 out of the 9pax group are getting married this year, the other 3 are attached, with 1 viewing houses later in the day.. [26] seems to be so.. erm.. old?!
For the record, I don’t hit 26 till Sep.. And in case anyone is wondering, YES, I am single and very much available.. And NO, I am not in a hurry to settle down. Thanks for the concern.
