‘m blogging with a huge smile on my face this evening.
We had a 人日 Gathering at 403. After the feast, partly sponsored with Jack’s 4D winnings, it was on to another exciting round of BlackJack. Yup- it was BlackJack.. Either it was because they didn’t have enough players, or they realised there were 2 non players- Arthover and me.
Was appointed the banker after Jack gave up. Supposed to preside over 3 rounds but stayed on after my treasury grew from strength to strength. Woohoo! They wanted to lou-hei to break the spell.. but didn’t succeed. Another woohoo!
Total winnings passed the 100 mark, which reversed the New Year Recreation Fund deficit. Thanks guys!
On the way home, the news was announced to me. Damn. I’m one of the last to know.
Hey, 2 of my friends are seeing each other! WoooooOOOOoHooooOO! Extremely happy for them, (after 2 seconds of surprise, plus another 2 seconds to verify the look on his face)
Congratulations~ That makes 2 couples in the NorthEast Group famed for overnight mahjong!
